Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking certified in-home trainers to deliver personalized fitness coaching at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor locations. You’ll design and lead customized workouts, demonstrate proper form, and track progress with the Svetness App.

We offer flexible scheduling, a steady client stream with no sales required, liability insurance, and ongoing education. Travel to client sites up to 45 minutes is expected.

Qualifications

• Certification as Personal Trainer by a recognized body (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication, Verbal and written skills.
• Basic nutrition knowledge to guide clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples’ fitness coaching in clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor locations.
• Design tailored workout programs based on goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and adjust as needed.
• Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App and document sessions.
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling.
• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes).
