Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in‑home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions in clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. Trainers will build customized programs and help clients reach their goals while enjoying flexible scheduling and support from a client-focused team.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer required, NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED + 1–3 years personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills in person and written.
• Basic nutrition knowledge.
• Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home training at clients' homes, apartments gyms, or outdoors.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form with modifications as needed.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain and manage client scheduling through Svetness software.
• Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate client appointments.
• Ability to commute to client sessions within a 45‑minute radius.
