Responsibilities

• Perform special inspections per IBC, specs, and jurisdiction.
• Inspect reinforcing steel, concrete placement, sampling and tests.
• Conduct soils inspections including proof rolls and density testing.
• Verify compliance with plans, reports, and specs.
• Document inspection activities with detailed daily reports.
