Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Houston is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, maintain and repair critical HVAC systems and related equipment. The role requires diagnosing faults, performing emergency repairs, and maintaining logs while complying with safety and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA Universal Certification, and an active or achievable TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance. U.S. citizenship and local residency are preferred for 24/7 facility support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (or ability to obtain)
• EPA Universal Certification
• 2+ years of HVAC Technician experience
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Local candidates preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and pumps.
• Identify maintenance risks on equipment and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and ensure 24/7 HVAC coverage.
• Keep daily logs and records; follow service standards and customer requirements.
• Read schematics and work plans; operate in confined spaces and at heights; use PPE.
