Qualifications

• Confident and professional communication via phone and in person.
• Experience with and ability to navigate mobile devices (Apple products).
• Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and data about equipment being serviced and diagnose issues.
• Navigate tablet software to review customer history and equipment details.
• Engage with customers professionally to understand needs and collaborate with team leaders when needed.
