Job summary

Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guestrooms and public areas. The supervisor will inspect rooms, coordinate supplies, and log repairs, while guiding Guest Room Attendants and assisting in busy periods.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong customer service and communication, and a commitment to Omni’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping supervisory or coordinating experience.
• Ability to maintain 4-Diamond level cleanliness standards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Experience with payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign special projects per the Director of Housekeeping.
• Report repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensure supplies and linens for Guest Room Attendants.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms when necessary.
• Process AM/PM room status reports.
• Maintain organized linen carts and linen closets.
• Maintain stock of supply cage; keep neat and clean.
• Inspect VIP rooms promptly and ensure vacated rooms are prioritized.
• Respond to emergencies and uphold safety standards.
