Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert to join our fastest-growing team in a full-time, W-2 outside sales role. You will meet pre-qualified homeowners, deliver impactful presentations, and close high-ticket deals with uncapped commissions.

Top performers can earn up to $300K/year, with average first-year earnings around $100K–$150K. Expect a fast-paced, growth-driven environment with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills are required.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (6 days/week) are needed.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Sales or home improvement experience is a plus but not required.
