Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or law and CPA or JD.
• 8+ years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals and related entities.
• 4+ years supervisory experience mentoring associates.
• Ability to lead and provide exceptional client service with a strategic mindset.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families and their entities.
• Manage multiple engagements delivering proactive tax planning and advisory services.
• Advise on business succession planning and planning for trusts, estates, and gifts.
• Oversee staffing, billing, collections and maintain client profitability targets.
• Network to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue; mentor team members.
