Job summary

CWA Recruiting in NYC seeks a Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive who tracks lifestyle changes affecting risk and coverage. You will conduct annual reviews and negotiate with carriers for clients while delivering tailored solutions.

You will generate new business through referrals, deepen relationships with existing clients, and manage 120-day pre-renewal marketing, with a focus on HNW portfolios and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• NY Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• 10+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, especially with HNW clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• College degree preferred.
• CPCU or CIC designation advantageous.
• Office-based role; five days onsite and professional attire required.

Responsibilities

• Track changes in clients' lifestyles that affect risk profiles and coverages.
• Conduct annual reviews of clients' insurance programs.
• Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Generate new business through referrals and centers of influence.
• Prepare and manage new business and renewal marketing 120 days before renewal.
• Coordinate quotes and renewals with carrier underwriters.
• Recommend coverage enhancements and risk management strategies for HNW clients.
