Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Risk Manager to perform independent risk assessments for high-value homes, supporting underwriting and loss prevention strategies. You’ll evaluate complex property conditions, determine replacement cost, and communicate findings with professional discretion in members’ homes across regions.

Requirements include 3+ years in risk management or 5+ years in related high-value home disciplines; strong communication and independent judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• 3+ years of risk management experience in insurance or related field
• Experience with high-value homes and property risk assessment is valued
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments for complex property exposures to inform underwriting and loss prevention
• Communicate findings and recommended mitigations clearly to members
• Evaluate replacement cost considerations and geographic/peril-specific risk factors
• Partner with Underwriting and internal stakeholders to support risk selection and business decisions
• Operate in the field with autonomy, adapting methods to property-specific conditions
• Represent the PURE brand with professionalism and genuine care in members’ homes
