Job summary

Qualifications

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of union and non-union environments preferred; Les Clefs d’Or and GBCA membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service including restaurant reservations, show tickets, transportation, shopping, spa and salon services, and amenity and courier requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and local partners.
• Support department strategy and maintain Encore standards to ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
• Balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and handle high-pressure situations.
