With a focus on hospitality and service excellence, you’ll arrive prepared for each session, ensure equipment readiness, and stay current with trends to keep programs fresh and inclusive for all members.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group fitness classes is required.
• Nationally recognized group fitness certification preferred but not required (format-specific certifications encouraged).
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain before start date.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Professional presence aligned with a health club environment.
• Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
