Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor in The Woodlands, TX, dedicated to delivering high-energy, inclusive classes that meet members’ fitness goals. You will build relationships, lead safe, engaging workouts, and contribute to a welcoming club culture.

The role emphasizes delivering top-notch class experiences, tracking attendance, and staying connected with club leadership and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels required (e.g. bootcamp, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, POUND, HIIT).
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver motivational instruction during the member Class-ic Group Fitness experience.
• Helping members achieve their goals on their fitness journey.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Be involved with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
