Job summary

The Woodlands Country Club in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join Arcis Golf's fitness and wellness team. You will deliver personalized training, build client relationships, and help members reach their goals on the fitness floor.

The ideal candidate is energetic, service-oriented, and committed to delivering an outstanding member experience with weekend availability and opportunities to lead group classes as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent.
• CPR/AED Certification required.
• 2–5 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Experience in a country club, luxury fitness facility, or high-end health club preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Weekend availability required; additional weekday hours may become available as client base grows.
• Group fitness instruction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to each member's goals, fitness level, and abilities.
• Develop and maintain individualized exercise programs while tracking member progress.
• Build relationships with members by actively engaging them on the fitness floor and identifying opportunities to grow your client base.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and motivating fitness environment.
• Ensure the fitness floor remains safe, clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with new member orientations, club events, fitness demonstrations, and wellness initiatives.
• Lead or substitute group fitness classes when needed (preferred).
• Collaborate with the fitness and wellness team to deliver an exceptional country club experience.
