Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
• Previous landscape experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Projects include landscaping tasks, and work in inclement weather, heavy lifting over 50 lbs., and related duties.
• Check high-priority areas daily for debris, weeds, or unsightly conditions.
• Fuel and service all equipment at end of day and ensure proper safety checks before use.
• Perform mowing with various mowers (zero-turn and push) and use trimmers, edges, blowers, and chainsaws.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and chemicals as needed for maintenance.
• Complete work promptly and leave sites in a safe, clean condition.
