Job summary

TNT Growth Corp is seeking an elite Google Ads platform expert with agency experience to drive revenue for our clients. You won't just run campaigns; you'll set the standard, anticipate issues, and coach others to excel.

This fully remote role reports to the Head of Growth, offers a base of $130K–$180K with commission, and a benefits package. If you love optimizing budgets, triaging emergencies, and delivering measurable results, you're our person.

Qualifications

• Proven experience scaling large Google Ads accounts.
• Ability to coach and elevate Growth Managers through feedback that sticks.
• Strong understanding of bid strategies and landing page conversions.
• Experience managing client relationships and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cross-Pod Performance Standard across all active accounts.
• Lead Weekly Account-Health Review with data-driven, evidence-based updates.
• Lead Red-Account Rescues with cross-pod resource coordination.
• Coach Pod Leads to raise performance craft with data-backed guidance.
• Partner with Head of Growth on capacity planning and expansion decisions.
• Own the AI-assisted account-health layer and pilot lab workflows.
