This fully remote role offers a clear path to growth as we scale. You’ll own account health, triage emergencies, and collaborate with the Head of Growth on capacity decisions, bringing data-driven optimization to every client book.

Qualifications

• Elite paid media professional with agency experience.
• Able to scale big budgets and optimize bidding strategies.
• Experienced coaching others to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the cross-team performance standard for all active accounts.
• Lead the weekly account-health reviews and early-yellow/red issue detection.
• Lead red-account rescues, coordinating analysts, creatives and strategists.
• Coach Pod Leads with data-driven performance craft and feedback.
• Collaborate with Head of Growth on capacity planning and expansion.
• Own the AI-assisted account-health layer and pilot scalable workflows.
