TNT Growth is seeking an elite Google Ads platform expert to own account health, coaching, and client success across a portfolio of brands. You will set performance standards, triage critical issues, and drive growth by coaching others and aligning strategies with client goals.

You will collaborate with the Head of Growth, partner on capacity planning, and push AI-driven insights while maintaining human judgment for key decisions. Fully remote, high-impact role.

Formación

• Experience leading paid media programs for multiple clients.
• Expertise in Google Ads and (preferably) Meta advertising.
• Strong coaching and feedback skills with a track record of improving team performance.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and retain accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain the Cross-Pod Performance Standard across all active accounts.
• Lead Weekly Account-Health Reviews and identify early warnings to prevent churn.
• Lead Red-Account Rescues with cross-pod resource coordination.
• Coach Pod Leads with data-driven guidance to close gaps and elevate craft.
