Job summary

Make Golf Your Career is hiring a dynamic Golf Instructor in El Segundo to grow our golf instruction and player development programs. The ideal candidate will be an PGA Associate in good standing with progress toward Level 3; Level 2 considered with experience.

Responsibilities include private lessons, clinics, junior camps, and group instruction. You will teach juniors and adults, work with swing analysis and launch monitor technology, and help grow participation and revenue.

Qualifications

• PGA Associate Level 2 or higher with good standing.
• 2-3 years teaching experience at a quality facility.
• Experience with swing analysis technology and launch monitor tech.
• Professional, punctual, organized, and teachable.
• Able to work varied shifts incl evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience teaching juniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons, clinics, junior camps, and group instruction.
• Coach in PGA Junior League and seasonal junior programs.
• Communicate progress with parents.
• Promote lessons at events with events team.
• Develop player development programs to increase participation and revenue.
• Maintain lesson records and revenue tracking.
• Collaborate with Golf Shop to enhance guest experience.
• Uphold professionalism and teaching excellence.
