Job summary

Club Champion in Johnstown, CO is seeking Master Fitters & Builders to deliver tour-level golf club fitting experiences and build lasting client relationships. You will present in-depth fitting knowledge and use analytics to guide customers through the process.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to sell relationally, and collaboration with store operations. Previous fitting and sales experience are valued; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

College degree preferred.
Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required.
1+ years in sales experience required.
Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred.

Responsibilities

Conducts tour-level fitting experiences.
Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
Oversees customer relations by growing fittings for studio and clients.
Maintains brand standards by keeping the studio to standards.
Operates Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and MS Office.
