Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy and completeness before leaving the jobsite.
• Install garage doors, door openers, and related components per work orders.
• Align tracks and ensure horizontal leveling with proper back hangs and adjustments.
• Explain installation procedures and maintain professional customer interactions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot garage door issues as they arise.
• Record installation details on the work order for accuracy.
• Manage time and appointments to meet customer needs and deadlines.
