Amadeus Search is hiring a Full Desk Senior Technical Recruiter for an onsite role in Short Hills, NJ. This commission-only position offers strong earning potential with OTE of $200K+ for top performers and a high commission structure.

You will run full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, and business roles, sourcing and evaluating top candidates, and managing pipelines from outreach to offer acceptance in a fast‑paced startup/high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruiting.
• Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and similar tools.
• Highly independent, organized, and performance-driven in a commission-only role.
• Startup or high-growth recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, and business roles.
• Source, engage, and evaluate top candidates.
• Manage pipelines from outreach through offer acceptance.
• Submit candidates with clear summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain consistent communication and weekly updates.
