Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a busy restaurant.
• Able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
• Available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with servers and cooks to ensure prompt service.
• Support the kitchen staff by stocking plates & polishing silverware.
• Observe tables and alert servers if guests need assistance.
