Job summary

Dick Hannah Ford is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to lead and grow our commercial fleet sales operations. You will develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, commercial businesses, leasing companies, utilities, and other fleet customers to increase vehicle sales and service opportunities.

This role oversees the fleet sales process from prospecting and bidding through vehicle ordering, delivery, and payment follow-up.

Qualifications

Experience in fleet sales or B2B sales.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to interpret instructions and multi-task.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to learn manufacturer systems and dealership software.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with federal, state, and local government agencies, municipalities, utilities, commercial businesses, and leasing companies.
Identify and develop new commercial fleet accounts.
Lead government and commercial bids and vehicle ordering.
Manage fleet sales process from prospecting to delivery and payment follow-up.
Provide monthly forecasts and monitor KPIs for fleet performance.
Maintain accurate CRM records for each customer.
