Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification required.
• 1 year+ experience as personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Current fitness certification from an approved program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
• Ensure proper form and provide corrections during sessions.
• Explain science behind heart-rate focused training and workouts.
• Demonstrate use of equipment for each workout.
• Be a collaborative team player.
