Job summary
Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is seeking qualified elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience. This role involves leading workouts, guiding members toward goals, and ensuring proper form with equipment.
A strong emphasis is on heart-rate-based training and teamwork to create a life-changing experience for members. Requirements include AED/CPR certification, 1+ year coaching or training experience, and current certification from NSCA/ACE/ACSM/AFAA/NASM/NCSF/ISSA.
Qualifications
- AED/CPR certified required.
- 1+ year experience as personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an approved education company (NSCA/ACE/ACSM/AFAA/NASM/NCSF/ISSA).
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
- Help members set and achieve fitness goals.
- Ensure correct form and offer corrections during workouts.
- Understand heart-rate-focused training and equipment usage.
- Be a team player and support a positive member experience.
