Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn is seeking qualified elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience to members and guests. The coach is a champion for a positive, informative, and life-changing member experience, and will help inspire others to live longer, healthier lives.

Role offers variable hours with 20–40 hours per week and opportunities for advancement. AED/CPR certification and a current fitness certification are required, with multiple industry-recognized credentials accepted.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure proper form and offer corrections.
• Understand heart-rate focused training and related science.
• Demonstrate usage of equipment used in workouts.
• Be a team player.
