Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience for our members and guests. You will motivate and guide participants through predefined workouts, ensuring safe form and enthusiastic, life-changing coaching.

This role offers flexible hours, including part-time and full-time opportunities. You’ll work in a collaborative studio environment, enjoy workout benefits, and have access to team development and industry-leading certification support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.
• Certifications listed (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, ISSA) are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve goals.
• Ensuring members use correct form and receive corrections.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate-focused training and related workouts.
• Demonstrating usage of all equipment used in each workout.
• Being a team player in a collaborative studio environment.
