Millworks By Design is seeking skilled finish carpenters to join our Los Angeles team. You will contribute to custom residential and commercial millwork, reading shop drawings, measuring, cutting, and installing with exceptional craftsmanship.

We value reliability, safety, and teamwork on every project. As a key field team member, you will collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and trades, maintain a safe work area, and uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and manual dexterity for long days on site.
• Ability to read shop drawings and install finish carpentry accurately.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Team-oriented and able to coordinate with project partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute finish carpentry and millwork installations including cabinetry, trim, and ceilings.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications for precise installation.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install materials with precision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area on site.
• Communicate project progress and material needs to supervisors.
