Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in family office or similar client-service environment.
• Strong operational and project management capabilities with detailed trackers.
• A hands-on execution orientation and willingness to manage both high-level and detailed tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional discretion and judgment with confidential matters.
• Understanding of how legal, tax, estate, insurance, banking, and investment considerations intersect.
• Ability to build credibility with sophisticated clients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operating coordinator for the non-investment aspects of assigned client relationships.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client’s entities, advisors, service providers, obligations, and projects.
• Translate client and team priorities into actionable workplans with ownership, timelines, dependencies, and next steps.
• Establish and maintain project trackers, action-item lists, calendars, and systems to manage multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate wire transfers, payments, invoices, banking documentation, and account administration.
• Manage engagement letters, NDAs, signature packages, and information requests through completion.
• Coordinate among IEQ team members, attorneys, CPAs, tax professionals, insurance advisors, and external providers.
• Support complex client initiatives across entity administration, tax coordination, real estate, lending, and estate planning.
