Home Genius Exteriors is seeking subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. We offer consistent work volume and flexibility, ensuring your crews remain busy throughout the year. After achieving over $270M in installed work during the last fiscal year, we're projected to grow to over $500M in net sales by 2026.

We are looking for crews specialized in vinyl siding, Hardie siding, metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, gutter installation, and fascia & soffit work.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance with minimum $1,000,000 coverage.
• Proven experience in your trade.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding, Hardie siding, metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing, gutters, fascia, and soffit.
