Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000).
• Proven trade experience with reliable, skilled crews.
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding, Hardie siding, roofing, gutters, fascia & soffit per project specs.
• Coordinate with Home Genius Exteriors project managers and customers.
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety at every job site.
• Maintain clean worksite and timely completion of tasks.
