Home Genius Exteriors is seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential exterior projects. We’re growing fast and looking to partner with dependable professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer consistent work year-round and flexibility to keep your crews busy. We just wrapped up our 6th fiscal year at over $270M in installed work and are projected to grow to over $500M in net sales in 2026.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance with at least $1,000,000 coverage.
• Proven trade experience with reliable, skilled crews.
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation.
• Professional references from recent installations.
• Commitment to a clean and safe job site.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl siding, hardie siding, metal roofing, asphalt shingles, gutters, fascia & soffit as contracted.
• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with organized project management and support team.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.

• Vinyl Siding Installation
• Hardie Siding Installation
• Metal Roofing
• Asphalt Shingle Roofing
• Gutter Installation
• Fascia & Soffit Work

Requirements:

• Active General Liability Insurance (minimum $1,000,000 coverage)
• Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
• Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
• Professional references from recent installations
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
