Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• CA BSIS Guard Card and 32hr BSIS training required.
• CA Exposed Firearm Permit and CA CCW required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guard entry/exit points and verify credentials; manage visitor logs.
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas; enforce protocols.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms in a control center.
• Write clear, detailed reports for management and audits.
• Assist with internal investigations related to theft or security breaches.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Ensure safety of individuals and property.
• Wear prescribed uniform at all times.
• Coordinate with law enforcement at all levels during incidents.
• Provide armed response when required.
• Protect high-profile visitors and ensure orderly access.
