Job summary

Fortis Group dba silhouette security is seeking a Senior Executive Protection Agent / Security Driver in Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN. The role combines high‑level protective duties with secure transportation for a high-profile client, including domestic and international travel.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in security, holds or is eligible for Minnesota licensure, and can carry firearms in Minnesota. LEOSA and advanced driving credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of executive protection, corporate security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Must possess or be eligible for Minnesota Protective Agent License (6,000 hours of qualifying experience).
• Armed position requires a valid Minnesota carry permit and training; comply with state requirements for Armed Protective Agents.
• LEOSA certification is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; evasive driving certification preferred.
• Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED; EMT/TCCC is advantageous.
• ASIS CPP or EPI credentials are a plus.
• Maintain high physical fitness and ability to respond physically in emergencies.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection for the principal during daily activities, meetings, events, and travel.
• Conduct risk assessments, route planning, and advance site surveys for visited locations.
• Operate company vehicles to provide safe, secure transport; employ evasive driving techniques as needed.
• Monitor environments for threats and respond rapidly to security incidents or medical situations.
• Conduct surveillance and counter-surveillance to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Coordinate with corporate offices, venue security, and relevant agencies to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation in line with GRC policy and SOPs.
