Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc in Dallas/Ft. Worth is seeking an experienced Executive Protection Agent to provide covert and overt protection and driving for the designated client.

You will work independently, respond to incidents, and coordinate with Executive Protection Management. This role requires up to 25% travel, nights and weekends as needed, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to brief and instruct staff on security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years combined experience in military, corporate security, law enforcement, or federal protective operations.
  • Graduate of an executive protection or driving training school.
  • Excellent oral and written communication; high integrity and trustworthiness.
  • Must pass extensive background check and in-house training assessment.
  • Must have a valid US passport, a current US driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally; nights/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide covert and overt executive protection and driving for the designated client.
  • Coordinate with protection management and report on security plans and incidents.
  • Conduct threat/risk/vulnerability assessments and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Prepare written plans and reports for a senior executive audience.
  • Operate vehicles safely and maintain vehicle readiness and cleanliness.

Duties & Qualifications:

The Executive ProtectionAgentis tasked with conducting close protectionand drivingforthe clientlocatedinDallas/Ft. Worthand surrounding area butflexibleto adjust to newenvironmentas needed. This role willbe responsible forproviding efficient and high-quality support directly to the client and staff, as well as safeguarding client assets.EP Agentmust work independently on projects, from conception to completion.EP Agentsare expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client and stay in direct communication with Executive Protection Management.EP Agentsmustpossessa high levelof emotional and situational intelligence.EP Agentsmaybe directed to work odd hours depending onclients'requests,which may include nights,holidaysand weekends. Internationalanddomestic travel isrequired. Applicants should be in good overall physical,mentaland emotional condition, have a reputation as a teamplayerand be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules and environments. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible isa must.EP Agentsmustpossessthe ability to interact with all levels of corporation management, liaison internally and externally with a multitude of other departments and personnel. Candidates must be able to brief, defend,persuadeand instruct others on security requirements and policies.

  • Provide covert and overt executive protection and driving to the designated client(s)

  • Maintain vehicle readiness: fuel, tire pressure, service records,etc
  • Prepare andmaintainvehicle checklist, pre- / post-use
  • Prepare/maintainclient's comfort items in the vehicles: water, tissues, umbrellas,etc
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently under tight deadlines
Job Requirements (Required):

Candidates must be physically fit andpossessa valid driver's license. Extensive military, corporate security,law enforcementexperienceor federal agentwithprotective operations with a minimum of 8 years combined experience.The applicant shouldpossessexcellent oral and written communication and analytical skills, havehigh levelsof integrity, and trustworthiness.

  • A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school /driving school
  • Experience and understanding of corporate culture
  • Strong operational background with experience assessing and executing emergency response/contingency plans based on risk
  • Experience with after action report writing
  • Mustpossessa good understanding of the latest technology in use of smartphones, communications, and collaboration apps
  • A workingknowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Willmaintaina high levelof physical fitness and personal appearance (clean shavingrequired)
  • The right candidate must pass an extensive background check and an in-house training assessment.Additionalclient-specifictraining will be provided upon hire
  • Must not have medical conditions which wouldprecludethecandidate from carrying own body weight or moving through difficult environments (standing/siting forlong periodsof time).
  • Ability to work nights and weekends asrequired
  • Possess a validpassport,USdriver'slicenseand clean driving record
  • Drug and nicotine-free; must pass a drug screening andsubmitto periodic screenings throughout employment
  • Responsible for conducting site, route,hospitaland hotel surveys
Job Requirements (Desired):
  • Training in defensive tactics, counter surveillance/surveillance detection, and covert protection experience
  • Strong baseknowledge in allfacetsof protective operations
