Job summary

White Glove Protection Group in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Security Driver (Executive Protection) to provide safe, discreet transportation for principals and guests. You will perform tactical driving, route analysis, and pre-mission preparation to ensure mission readiness of vehicles and safety of clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional driving experience in law enforcement, military, or executive protection environments.
• Graduate of a reputable Executive Protection Driving / Defensive Driving program.
• Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid/TECC.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Current California BSIS guard card, Exposed firearm permit, and CCW/LEOSA.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure, and discreet transportation for the principal, family, and guests.
• Execute tactical/defensive driving, countersurveillance, and evasive maneuvers as needed and in compliance with law and policy.
• Conduct route analysis and maintain PACEs routes and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Maintain vigilance during movements and respond to emergencies including medical events, accidents, or security incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on advance work, site surveys, and liaison with venue security and law enforcement.
