Constellation's Florida Commissary in Miami, FL is seeking an enthusiastic Event Server to deliver professional food and beverage service at weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other catered functions, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

This part-time role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 lbs. You will join a high-performing hospitality team focused on guest care and flawless presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, banquet, catering, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Food-handler certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized table and guest service.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Assist with formal dining, passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet, and beverage service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle VIP guests and special accommodations with professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working at private events.
• Work efficiently as part of a high-performing hospitality team.
• Assist with setup and breakdown while maintaining professional standards.
