Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to Charlottesville area locations.
• Punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must own a smartphone to receive work requests within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dining area per event timeline.
• Interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Serve food through Passed Service, Buffet, Family Style, Stations and Plated Service.
• Breakdown and clean kitchen and event space; load the truck.
• Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Catering Captain/Event Manager.
