Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, catering, restaurant sales, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS or event systems experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries with a professional client-focused approach.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and BEOs for event sales.
• Support suite orders and suite order management system.
• Coordinate event details with operations and culinary teams.
• Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activity.
• Drive revenue through follow-up and upselling opportunities.
