Thrive Pet Healthcare offers a veterinary internship program in Washington with extensive clinical training across hospital and ambulatory settings. Interns work under senior clinicians, gaining case responsibility, surgical and internal medicine exposure, and journal clubs.

Compensation includes a $65,000 annual salary, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits. Eligible interns can pursue licensure, professional memberships, and relocation support as part of a structured learning experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed veterinary school and be eligible for WA license.
• Candidate available to begin by June 14, 2027.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain primary case responsibility under supervision.
• Daily patient assessments and diagnostic planning.
• Medical records documentation and case presentations during rounds.
• Assist with surgical and internal medicine procedures.
• Participate in journal clubs and ambulatory dentistry, lameness, reproduction, podiatry.
