Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an Otolaryngology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical and surgical ENT interventions across a broad general otolaryngology scope.
• Utilize state-of-the-art surgical suites and support expansion at additional facilities.
• Design and establish a personalized practice schedule with flexible rotation options.
• Collaborate with an extensive referral network to manage high-volume patient backlogs.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records for encounters, procedures, and follow-up.
