Qualifications

• Active Utah Journeyman Electrician License is strictly required.
• Field Leadership Tenure: prior Foreman/Lead Wireman or Field Superintendent on active builds.
• Project management and coordination experience on commercial/industrial construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade activities with PMs, inspectors, and other trades to streamline workflows.
• Direct crews onsite, troubleshoot, and enforce craftsmanship standards in real time.
• Maintain digital logs, manage material staging, and safety documentation.
