Job summary

Ledgestone Disc Golf is hiring a full-time team member focused on Tournament Planning and Delivery. The role covers year-round event planning, documentation, logistics, course preparation, on-site execution, and post-event teardown.

The selected candidate will work with the tournament operations team and travel to select national events throughout the season. The ideal candidate will have deep disc golf knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to perform

Qualifications

• Strong disc golf knowledge, rules, formats, and course elements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Ledgestone's tournaments.
• Track timelines, logistics, assignments, and asset needs across events.
• Prepare caddie guides, course maps, schedules, and player materials.
• Manage registration pages, event documentation, and operational plans.
• Coordinate volunteers and sponsor requirements; handle event communications.
• Assist with on-site setup, teardown, and asset tracking.
