Job summary

A disc golf organization based in Peoria, IL, is seeking a full-time team member to assist with tournament planning and delivery while providing warehouse support. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of disc golf, excellent organizational and communication skills, and will be able to work in varying outdoor conditions. This role involves preparation for major disc golf events and offers opportunities to work in some of the largest tournaments worldwide.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions during long tournament days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.
• Reliable transportation and local to the Peoria/Washington, IL area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordination for Ledgestone’s 2026 tournament slate.
• Manage updates to registration pages and event documentation.
• Support course setup and participant experience during events.
• Inventory management and organization in the warehouse.
