Job summary

Check Defense, LLC is seeking highly qualified Direct Action High Risk Training Instructors (DAHRTI) to support the U.S. Marine Corps Raider Training Center and MARSOC. The selected candidates will deliver advanced Direct Action instruction within ITC Phase 2, MMAC, and STC.

You will train Marines in CMS, CQB, DE, and breaching operations, supervise students, and help develop Master Lesson Files. Candidates must have 10+ years of military service and CQB credentials, with current security

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen; active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Minimum of 10 years of military experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Special Operations or U.S. Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance organization.
• Graduate of a recognized Service Special Operations CQB Course.
• FSIC certification or equivalent.
• Current ability to pass assigned weapons qualifications.
• Certification as a Range Safety Officer (RSO) and Laser Range Safety Officer (LRSO).
• Proficiency with CQB TTPs and advanced Direct Action tactics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in advanced Direct Action training programs supporting MARSOC requirements.
• Instruct in Combat Marksmanship, Close Quarters Battle, Dynamic Entry, and Breaching Operations.
• Supervise and evaluate student performance during classroom, range and practical events.
• Assist with developing and maintaining Master Lesson Files.
• Develop training schedules, schemes of maneuver, and risk mitigation plans.
• Prepare classrooms, ranges, training facilities, weapons, and materials.
• Support course logistics and coordination requirements.
• Apply risk management principles during all training events.
• Ensure compliance with Marine Corps Orders, SOPs, range safety, and shoot house safety.
