Qualifications

• 8 years' military experience with a minimum of 5 years in Special Operations.
• Must possess proficiency in Close Quarters Battle (CQB) tactics with instructor experience.
• Must be capable of passing current MARSOC weapons qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Mentor instructors on Direct Action core tasks for effective training.
• Review and refine Entry Breaching methodologies.
• Support After-Action Reviews and contribute to SOP enhancements.

Skills

Ability to pass current MARSOC weapons qualifications

Ability to carry 50 lbs. for extended durations

Knowledge of Deliberate and Time‑Critical Risk Management

Skill in developing and executing safe schemes of maneuver

Ability to develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures

Knowledge of shoot house safety techniques

Knowledge of Marine Corps Orders related to range safety

Skill in classroom and range instruction methods

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent
