Job summary
Michigan Medicine seeks CRNAs to join our renowned anesthesia team at a premier academic medical center in Michigan. You will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care under physician direction, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
New compensation highlights include market-adjusted annual salaries of $298,777.45 (Step 1) or $310,126.22 (Step 2) for full-time, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000. Weekend/holiday call is required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Current Michigan RN license and CRNA certification prior to hire.
- Two years of FTE nurse anesthesia experience.
- Current ACLS or PALS certification.
- Must wear PPE due to radiation exposure.
- Weekend and holiday call commitments (1 hour response).
- Experience across multiple anesthetizing locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia and related care to facilitate procedures.
- Prepare preoperative assessments and develop the anesthesia plan.
- Initiate and maintain perioperative anesthesia care.
- Maintain patient records and perform postoperative evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing projects and support perioperative providers.
- Adhere to institutional policies and maintain licensure/certifications.
