HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists for a permanent hospital-based position in Central Michigan's Great Lakes Bay Region. Flexible shifts and broad case mix offer substantial professional exposure in a team-centered environment.

New graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply; the role includes competitive base pay around $390,000 with retention and commencement bonuses, relocation assistance, and six weeks of paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA certified or eligible.
• Eligible for Michigan RN and CRNA licensure.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments.
• Develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.
• Manage airways and monitor patients perioperatively.
• Perform nerve blocks and regional techniques.
• Place arterial lines when appropriate.
• Support postoperative recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and teams.
