Job summary

Jobot is seeking a NYC corporate trust associate (2nd–3rd year) to join a nationally recognized corporate trust team. You will work directly with indenture trustees, agents, and financial institution clients on public and private debt and loan transactions, with exposure to private credit and direct lending deals alongside a team that handles complex restructurings.

Qualifications

• Active New York Bar admission required.
• 2nd–3rd year associate level.
• Experience representing corporate trust and loan agency departments of banks and financial institutions.
• Experience in public and private debt or loan transactions.
• Strong corporate finance background.
• Experience in private credit and direct lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with indenture trustees, agents, and financial institution clients on public and private debt and loan transactions.
